What are your opening hours?
We are open 10-4 on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays & Saturdays. We are sometimes able to see you on a Monday or Thursday, but this is on a discretionary basis because normally those days are reserved for behind the scenes work! We are not available on Sundays due to commitments to our members.
Saturdays fill fast, so if you can only do Saturdays, we highly recommend booking in advance.
Do I need to do an assessment first?
Some clients choose to do an assessment first to learn more about exactly what their dog will need and to meet us in person before starting. However, the only time this is obligatory is if you would like your dog to do a residential stay – all dogs must attend an assessment before booking a residential stay. If you are not planning to book a residential stay and you are instead going to book a 1:1 package, you can book the package immediately without an assessment.

Where do sessions take place?
All sessions take place at our premises in Durham or surrounding areas e.g. the local park. We do not offer home visits.
How often should I attend my sessions?
We suggest having your sessions approximately weekly-fortnightly depending on your and our availability. Please do not leave several weeks between appointments because this can seriously hinder your dog’s progress and you may waste your sessions. We always recommend at the time of arranging your initial session that you book a few in advance to prevent this from happening. Please check our Terms to find out when your sessions expire.
Can another member of my household come?
Please do bring members of your household who will also be taking part in your dog’s training, providing they are all willing to learn and will not cause a distraction. We cannot accommodate young children.
Can I contact you between sessions?
Please email us between sessions if you have a question; email is our preferred channel of communication with our clients and we do reply quickly within working hours (we are sometimes able to respond outside of working hours on a discretionary basis). Our phone numbers are only for our members to contact us via our private members’ group chat.
How much are your sessions?
The price of our services varies depending on what you want. We offer: puppy training (suitable for 12 weeks and under), obedience training, residential training and behavioural training, each tiered into Bronze, Silver & Gold.
