There’s a difference between conditioning your d There’s a difference between conditioning your dog to an E collar and using an E collar for livestock aversion. Neither are ‘wrong’, but they are very different uses of the E collar and our new clients should be told this in advance. We will teach you what you need to know. If your goal is to use an E collar for specific behaviours, you do need to condition it. You need to introduce the stim at low levels, layering it over known behaviours. Some E collar trainers only offer sessions based around stopping predatory chasing; this will often involve less conditioning. As long as your dog understands what they are being told via the E collar and your dog has safe off-leash time without harming anyone around them, we’re happy. We can teach you how to give your dog off-lead freedom you can only dream of 🤩

Today is National Rescue Dog Day 🥳 We train a Today is National Rescue Dog Day 🥳 We train a large amount of dogs who have been rescued at Valorant - we love all the success stories. We train just as many nervy dogs who have been purchased from a breeder as nervy dogs who have come from some sort of shelter, so rescue dog doesn’t necessarily mean poor temperament, especially not with the state of breeding nowadays 🙄 This is a friend’s dog Tyson - he’s going to be 16 in a few weeks! He’s in great condition and is a rescue success story. Show us your rescue dogs!
